FACTS CHANGE BUT GOD'S WORD REMAINS

I am writing to share a few praise reports with you.

John 8:32 says

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

Consider the cold, hard facts that these two people faced: A friendly church member of mine saw her X-ray which showed that one of her breasts was cancerous. A couple in our church read their medical reports which said that they are HIV positive. When such situations hit us and we allow the facts to settle in our hearts, we end up feeling greatly troubled. But when we let the truths of God’s Word settle them all, we will sense the Holy Spirit bearing witness to the truths that we are believing. He is the Spirit of truth. (John 16:13) He is not the Spirit of facts and does not bear witness to facts.

It may be a fact that you are sick. The doctors say that you are sick. The X-ray film shows that you are sick. But God’s Word says that by Jesus’ stripes you are healed! (Isaiah 53:5) That is the truth about your situation. What is the difference between fact and truth? Facts change, but truth — God’s Word — remains!

When God’s people choose to defy the facts and walk instead in His truths regarding their situations, the Holy Spirit in them will bear witness to the truths that they are believing.

The lady with the cancerous breast was about to undergo an operation to remove the organ. But praise God, she received supernatural healing and restoration as later X-rays showed two healthy two healthy instead of one! God had formed a new Brest for her!

The HIV infected couple received their miracle bundle of joy after a few months. Today, they are proudly living healthy.

The next time you are hit by disturbing facts, let God’s Word settle the truth about your situation. And as the Holy Spirit bears witness to the truths that you are believing, the facts will change and you will receive your miracle!

There is a weak faith and and strong faith, every one who has been born again has faith,in as much as you believe that Jesus Christ came and died. You confess Him, the word says with the heart one believes but with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

First the ability/act of believing that Jesus, is, was and is to come. Accepting/confessing Him has automatically introduced you to Faith and instantly there is an input of faith in you. Every one who confesses and believes has it. So what happens to your young or little weak faith? It needs to grow – and you can grow it until it becomes strong faith, great faith. And it grows by God's words. When you keep hearing and are established and his words becomes your foundation, an unshakable foundation, then His words about your life also remains unchangeable .His word does not change.

Blessings.

"And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them." - Mark 10:16

Thank You God that You are a Father to the fatherless. We praise You that You provide for them and hold them close to Your heart. You comfort them and You love them.

This was the Healing Festival in 2007 when God worked miracles through the Banquet Ministries and World Christian Bethel Church of Nigeria.

Lord thank You for Your fresh oil of anointing. I ask for a double portion of anointing for pastors and evangelists all over the world. Open the eyes, ears, minds and hearts of those who have not yet heard the Good News so that they may receive You.

He has made everything beautiful in its time…Ecclesiastes 3:11
Nothing happens to you by accident when you have God in your life. Even a “chance” meeting with someone or a disappointment, pain is part of His plan to set in motion His blessings in your life.

Such was the divinely arranged meeting of the Shunammite woman and Prophet Elisha. It led to the prophet pronouncing over her the blessing of a miracle child even though she was barren and her husband was old. (2 Kings 4:8–17)

A few years later, it was this friendship with the man of God, which saw her through a crisis when her son fell seriously ill and died — Elisha raised her son back to life. (2 Kings 4:18–37)When God is the one orchestrating the events in your life, neither lack nor danger nor destruction can affect you. When famine hit the land, the Shunammite woman’s family did not suffer because through Elisha, God had told them to leave the land. They went to the land of the Philistines and dwelt there throughout the seven years of famine. (2 Kings 8:1–2)

God can place you at the right place at the right time, even through your daily decision-making. The Shunammite woman returned to Shunem after the famine had ended. She then decided to appeal to the king of Israel for help to regain her house and land, which had been illegally acquired by others during her absence. This decision brought her before the king on the same day that Elisha’s servant Gehazi was in audience with the king.

The king wanted to hear all about the miracles performed by Elisha. This gave the Shunammite woman the opportunity to share firsthand with the king how Elisha had raised her son from the dead. The thrilled king then ordered the restoration of her house and land, including all the proceeds of the field from the day that she had left until then. (2 Kings 8:3–6) The Lord had timed and set up everything beautifully for her! Beloved, God can also make all things beautiful in its time for you. As you involve Him in your daily life and trust His love for you, you too will see Him lead and place you at the right place at the right time to enjoy His blessings.
